What is this acknowledgment of gaining wisdom?
It is to learn that you acknowledge that you do learn throughout your life, and that it must show and be predominant in the moment that is at hand, or all that you have learned throughout your life was meaning less and futile.
And more importantly, if you learn the truth about life itself and it is not acknowledged in your daily life, then your CREATOR will not be pleased with you, and as a result the CREATOR who's name is JEHOVAH, will snatch all knowledge away from you, and being the loving FATHER that he is he will do that for your own good.
So why would JEHOVAH snatch away from you the truth if it is not predominant and acknowledged in your day to day life? Because the end result of those who gain the knowledge of the truth and do not believe, is worse, than if they had never known it at all.

12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more
abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that
he hath.
2 Peter 2:20
20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
